John R. Watkins

John Watkins was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana.  After completing his undergraduate studies at Indiana University at Fort Wayne, he attended Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. He has been admitted to practice law in the state of Indiana and the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.

His practice is concentrated in the area of criminal defense with a focus on defending drinking drivers. He also represents clients in matters related to criminal defense, such as license suspensions and expungements.

Mr. Watkins is a member of the Allen County Bar Association and The National College for DUI Defense.

He has completed training in the operation of the Intoximeter EC/IR II, Indiana’s breath test machine. He also regularly attends seminars on breath, blood, and urine testing.
